THE LARGE HB610
The HB610 is Ifor Williams’ largest horse float.
This trailer can carry two large horses up to 17.2 hh with room to spare or up to five ponies.
Standard features include 2.3m of headroom, a locking groom’s door and a wide front unload ramp, making this float unique and very practical for both horse and owner.
The sliding windows and roof vents provide a comfortable and safe environment for your horse, ensuring plenty of light and fresh air.
Additional comfort is provided through thick rubber floor matting.

Today, each horsebox in the HB range features a sturdy aluminium frame with six vertical supports and extra horizontal bracing for unmatched strength.
This design adds durability and crafts a sleek, automotive look that stands out from more traditional, agricultural trailers.
Another secret to this very smooth ride? The Ifor Williams parabolic leaf spring suspension.
This system outperforms standard rubber torsion suspensions, giving horses a smoother, more comfortable journey. .
HB RANGE OVERVIEW
The HB Range by Ifor Williams consists of three horse float models:
- The HB403 single horsebox
- The HB506 double horsebox
- The HB511 (slightly longer) double horsebox
SINGLE HORSE FLOAT - HB403
The HB403 provides more stall width than our double horsebox models and offers enough headroom to take one 16.2hh horse.
Being a narrower trailer, the HB403 is easier to tow and produces less wind resistance when towing.
The HB403 is ideal for transporting nervous horses that require a wider stall and may prefer to travel alone.
DOUBLE HORSE FLOAT - HB506
The HB506 is suitable for the transportation of two horses.
This horse float can accommodate two horses up to 16.2hh.
Other features include a pair of side windows and a large inspection window which allows more daylight into the trailer.
Centre partitions and breast and breeching bars are fitted as standard.
DOUBLE HORSE FLOAT - HB511 (LONGER)
HB511 horse floats can also accomodate two horses.
The HB511 is slightly longer and wider than the HB506 and can carry two horses up to 17.2hh.
This models offers the exact same features as the HB506, including side windows, a large inspection window and standard fitted centre partitions as well as breast and breeching bars.
